Wellness Scoring
Composite 0–100 score from multiple health dimensions.
How It Works
The wellness score starts at a baseline of 50 and adjusts based on available data across five categories: activity, sleep, cardiac, respiratory, and stress. Each data point adds or subtracts from the score based on evidence-based health guidelines.

Score Interpretation
| Range | Status |
| 85–100 | Excellent — All key metrics in optimal range |

| 0–49 | Needs Attention — Multiple metrics outside healthy ranges |
