Wellness Scoring

Composite 0–100 score from multiple health dimensions.

How It Works

The wellness score starts at a baseline of 50 and adjusts based on available data across five categories: activity, sleep, cardiac, respiratory, and stress. Each data point adds or subtracts from the score based on evidence-based health guidelines.
